Capacitive Screen and Resistive Screen Comparison

Touch sensitivity:
When operating a resistive touch screen, you need to provide pressure to create contact; you can use your fingers (even when wearing gloves), nails, a stylus, etc.

Cleaning:

Even if a full finger may be used to contact a capacitive touch screen, its exterior glass is easier to clean.

Surface resistance:
Layers of polyester film are used by the resistive touch screen to identify the essential properties of its coordinates. Due to this coating, the screen is extremely vulnerable to scuffs and needs periodic calibrating. However, because it has polyester layers, it is less fragile and less prone to shatter.

The glass' outer layer is used by the capacitive touch screen, giving it some degree of indestructibility. The glass can, however, be broken into pieces. Stains and scratches are less common on this touch screen.
